INFORMATION ABOUT THE ADMINISTRATOR OF PERSONAL DATA

We would like to inform you that the Administrator (the entity which determines the purposes and methods of the processing of personal data) is Zeitgeist Asset Management sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (00-519), Wspólna 35/9 St. The contact details of the Data Protection Inspector are: Radosław Szewczuk, gdpr@zeitgeist.re.

In the case of initiating the correspondence of a data subject (Data Subject), the personal data will be processed for the purposes of further correspondence (e.g. with regard to renting premises, arranging meetings) and/or in accordance with the content of voluntarily expressed consents. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest pursued by the Controller in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) RODO (conducting correspondence) and/or in the case of consent, the legal basis will be the consent of the Data Subject in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) RODO. Recipients of the data may be entities co-participating in business processes supporting the Administrator (e.g. IT services, data hosting, CRM type applications).

Personal data will be processed for the duration of the purpose for which they were collected or the data subject’s objection, whichever comes first. The provision of contact data is voluntary, but necessary for further correspondence. Anyone has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data that they have given to the Administrator. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal. Everyone has the right to request from the Administrator access to personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability and to object to processing. Everyone has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority [President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data]. The data subject’s rights can be exercised by making a declaration using the contact details of the Controller or the Data Protection Officer indicated in the introduction.

INFORMATION ABOUT COOKIES

The administrator of the website is Zeitgeist Asset Management sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (00-519), Wspólna 35/9 (hereinafter referred to as Service Provider). The Customer is any person using the website.

Cookies are small text files that may be used by websites to enable users to use the websites in a more efficient manner.

Information about the types of cookies that are used on the websites used for the Platform.

Due to the lifespan of cookies and other similar technologies, we use two main types of these files:

  1. session files – temporary files stored on the user’s terminal equipment until the user logs out, leaves the website and application or switches off the software (web browser);
  2. permanent – stored on the user’s terminal equipment for the time specified in the parameters of the cookies or until they are deleted by the user.

Based on the purpose of cookies and other similar technologies, we use the following types of cookies,

  1. essential for the operation of the service and applications- enabling the use of our services, e.g. authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication;
  2. functional (preferences) – which enable ‘remembering’ the user’s selected settings and personalizing the user’s interface, e.g. with respect to the selected language or region of origin of the user, font size, appearance of the website and application, etc.; and
  3. statistical – for the compilation of statistics on websites and applications.
  4. Marketing – enabling us to provide users with advertising content more tailored to their interests;
  5. Unclassified – Unclassified cookies are cookies that are in the process of being classified, together with the providers of the individual cookies.

Each Service Recipient may independently configure his/her browser settings, including blocking cookies, bearing in mind that changing the settings in this respect may result in incorrect operation of the website.

Security

The Service Provider ensures the security of personal data by means of appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to prevent unlawful data processing and the loss of confidentiality, integrity and availability of data. The actual personal data security measures applied are described in detail in the internal procedure ‘Personal Data Security Policy’. Service Provider and is a confidential document and its disclosure constitutes a breach of security.

The Administrator (Zeitgeist Asset Management sp. z o.o.) reserves the right to amend the Privacy Policy, which will be applicable to the Service Recipients on the date of use of the service according to its new version published on the website.
