Personal data will be processed for the purposes of further correspondence regarding the lease of premises (real estate) and a possible appointment. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the consent of the data subject in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a) RODO. The recipients of the data may be entities participating in the business processes supporting the Administrator (e.g. IT services, data hosting, CRM applications). Personal data will be processed during the implementation of the purpose for which they were collected or the objection of the data subject, whichever occurs first. Providing contact details is voluntary, but necessary for further correspondence. Everyone has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data that was given to the Administrator. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out before its withdrawal. Everyone has the right to request the Administrator to access personal data, rectify it, delete it, limit processing, as well as the right to transfer data and object to processing. Everyone has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority [President of the Personal Data Protection Office]. The rights of the data subject may be exercised by submitting a statement using the contact details of the Administrator or the Data Protection Officer indicated in the introduction.
